What this is

Lynn Workflow is a private tool run by Lynn Zouein. She uses it to share social media posts with her clients for approval, and to publish the posts they approve. Only people Lynn has invited can sign in.

What we store

• Who you are. Your name, email address and profile picture, as provided by Google when you sign in with Google. If you sign in with an email link instead, only your email address.
• The posts. The images, videos and captions Lynn uploads for you, and when each post is scheduled.
• Your decisions. Which posts you approved, the edits you asked for, and when.
• Your Instagram connection, if you set one up. The account's username and ID, and an access token issued by Instagram that lets the app publish posts to that account. We never see or store your Instagram password.
• What keeps the app running. A sign-in cookie in your browser, and technical logs and error reports.

What we use it for

Only to run this service: showing you your posts, recording your approval or edit request, publishing approved posts to your Instagram account at the scheduled time, and sending you emails about posts that need your attention.

We do not sell your information, show ads, or use it to build a profile of you. Information received from Google is used only to sign you in and to show your name in the app.

Who else handles it

The app runs on services from other companies, which process the information on our behalf:

• Supabase: database and sign-in
• Vercel: hosting
• Cloudflare: storage for images and videos
• Resend: notification emails
• Sentry: error reports
• Google: sign-in
• Meta (Instagram): publishing your approved posts

We do not share your information with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep your account details for as long as you work with Lynn through this tool. Uploaded images and videos are deleted once they are no longer needed for approval or publishing. When you stop using the tool, your details and Instagram connection are removed on request.

Your choices

• You can ask to see, correct or delete the information held about you.
• You can disconnect your Instagram account at any time, either by asking Lynn or in Instagram under Settings, then Apps and websites. Publishing stops immediately.
• You can ask for your access to be removed.
